The service and quality of food here have always been consistent for us — nothing has changed, and we mean that in the best way! For us, they still serve our favorite ramen. The variety on the menu is impressive too, with a wide range of Japanese dishes that can satisfy almost any craving. What we really appreciate most is the hospitality — the staff are always polite, kind, and genuinely attentive. It’s always a pleasant experience dining here.

Food was great and their style of dining area (reversed), with the kitchen up front and the dining area at the back part does make dining quieter away from the people passing by. Had an issue with the ramen we orderes which was a tad powdery so needed a little more cookin. Good thing, they do come ask you if the food was okay. Told them of the issue, they took the ramen and returned with it properly cooked the second time round. Food tastes great, servings were mixed like good Takoyaki but not much ramen compared to other Japanaese dine in spots around. Overall a pleasant dining experience... been wanting to try them out for sometime but the inability to see if there are seats do discourage some.. Keep it up and many thanks for the wonderful meal..

Very accommodating waiters and service was timely. Food was great as well! Ordered their diced beef teriyaki/steakdon which is my fave! I highly recommend their diced beef teriyaki for those who are fans of wagyu! Also ordered their Tonkotsu ramen and salmon sashimi.

Amazing food with reasonable price. Their staff are very attentive and very good customer service. Bonus tip to use grab when paying so that you will have 20% discount!

had a great experience at Boteyju Southmall! The food is super sulit the serving is so generous na hindi mo mauubos mag-isa, and you can even take out the leftovers para hindi masayang.(ramen and udon can’t be takeout kasi may specific ingredients na madali mapanis) The food is real comfort food, and the ambiance is relaxing, almost like hotel vibes. The staff are very accommodating, patient, and mabait. Special thanks to Sir Jay for assisting me! Overall, highly recommended. Great food, great place, great service. Keep it up, Boteyju Southmall!
